Brokeback Mountain is one movie where you won’t forget the scenery!
Favorite Scene in Brokeback Mountain? Do you think I’m crazy?
If I told you The Scene – men would repel & women would get their groove on & get the urge to suggest China Patterns!
But as I recall, the cinematic beauty of the landscape was breathtaking – the mountains, the valleys, the willing sheep!
That’s right – I for one wanted to see some panties on those Lamb Chops!
Yeah, I heard the whole movie cast & crew came down with a Wool allergy & nobody wants to talk about it!
Anyway, it was just another ‘Cowboy Movie’ John Wayne would’ve been perfect for – but frankly, I think he’d rather be where he is right now!
I loved “Brokeback Mountain” & it’s Super Stars: Heath Ledger, Jake Gyllenhaal & Michele Williams!
That’s why I’d rather write about its gifted Director, Aug Lee & his Academy Award Nominated Movie, “The Life of Pi” that followed. I would’ve seen it, but the title was too suggestive – so I went to Marie Callender’s instead!
That pie was less than $8.12 & a kid didn’t kick my seat the whole time! Anyway, when “The Life of Pi” opened in 2012, it made $564 Million – so they won’t miss my $8.12! haha
Aug Lee must’ve thought, “How can I top Award-Winning ‘Brokeback Mountain?'”
‘I know – I can make a Tiger 3D on a boat with special effects & if I need Sheep – I know where I can get ’em’!
Oh, I’ll see “Life of Pi” someday when I can find it & while I’m at it – I might as well check out ‘Brokeback’ for the 100th time.
Excessive? No, I’m a sucker for this kind of love story & how baaaad can that be?
